Job summary

Databricks seeks an experienced Specialist Solutions Architect (AI/ML) to lead production ML/AI architectures on the unified Databricks platform. You will mentor peers, drive GenAI solutions, and collaborate with Engineering to shape future offerings.

You will design end-to-end AI pipelines, apply robust MLOps, and support customers through modelling, serving and monitoring within a single platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on industry experience in ML/AI engineering or related fields.
• Ability to translate complex AI/ML concepts for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% for customer engagements.

Responsibilities

• Architect AI/ML workloads using the Databricks platform including end-to-end pipelines.
• Lead GenAI implementation with RAG, tool-calling, multi-agent orchestration and guardrails.
• Develop scalable ML workloads and apply MLOps best practices across industries.
• Provide technical pre-sales support guiding customers through model tracking, serving and monitoring.
