Job summary

Databricks is seeking an AI/ML Specialist Solutions Architect to guide customers in architecting production-grade ML & AI applications on Databricks. You will mentor peers, explore GenAI, MLOps, and related technologies, and work remotely as needed.

You will build and scale customer AI workloads, provide advanced technical support during technical sales, and align customer needs with Databricks’ AI offerings while collaborating with product teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on industry ML experience in at least one of the listed paths.
• Graduate degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent experience.
• Experience communicating and/or teaching technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% when needed.

Responsibilities

• Architect production-level ML & AI workloads on Databricks platform, including end-to-end pipelines and MLOps.
• Serve as a trusted practitioner for GenAI solutions, including RAG architectures and tool-calling agents.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to represent customer voice and influence roadmaps.
