Job summary

Archer, in collaboration with JPMorgan, seeks a Senior Associate Applied AI/ML Scientist to research, develop, and implement scalable AI/ML models for payments, fraud detection, and customer experience. You will build data pipelines, analyze results, and drive AI adoption across the payments ecosystem with cross-functional teams.

You will lead experiments, design agentic systems, and ensure solutions meet performance targets while navigating regulatory requirements and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a quantitative discipline with at least 3 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into data-driven ML solutions.
• Design and deploy agentic systems using LLMs and AI to meet business success metrics.
• Partner with Risk and Compliance to ensure model documentation and regulatory adherence.
