Job summary

Lilly is seeking a technical leader for customer master data and data platforms to drive data-driven decision making. The role emphasizes data governance, quality, and scalable solutions across IT and business teams.

You will collaborate with data engineering, analytics, and governance teams to design and deliver data products, ensure compliance with GxP and privacy standards, and explore AI/GenAI capabilities for data stewardship and enrichment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related technical field.
5+ years of IT experience.
3+ years hands-on experience with data platforms, data integration, or master data management.
Strong SQL and data modeling skills.

Responsibilities

Prioritize product backlogs across Customer Master Data products and align with business owners and governance.
Translate business needs into technical requirements and user stories, including data models and mappings.
Collaborate with data engineering teams on data integrations and data products (batch, API, event-based).
Plan, configure hands-on, and test solutions using SQL, Python, and Databricks notebooks.
