Job summary

Lilly in Indianapolis seeks a technical leader to own AI-driven detection solutions for Adverse Event and Product Complaint identification. You will bridge AI/ML expertise with cross-functional stakeholder engagement, including senior leadership, to deliver high-impact, compliant solutions.

You'll supervise model performance, automation, and integration with case management systems, while ensuring regulatory defensibility and auditability across global initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in AI/ML solution delivery, technical program leadership, or product management.
• Experience in cross-functional stakeholder management and communicating to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical authority for the AI detection solution and architecture.
• Oversee AE/PC detection service performance against SLAs and KPIs.
• Maintain capability backlog and partner with the business owner for PI planning.
• Drive model improvements, retraining cycles, and data curation processes.
• Engage with senior leadership to present performance, risks, and roadmap.
