Job summary

Charles Schwab Corporation is seeking a Technical Product Manager - AI to shape and deliver Schwab's growing portfolio of analytical AI/ML and generative AI solutions. You will partner with business and technology teams to translate complex needs into scalable, high-impact products that drive measurable outcomes throughout the full lifecycle.

The role emphasizes governance, responsible AI adoption, and collaboration with engineering and MLOps to deploy reliable AI capabilities.

Qualifications

10+ years of product management experience in AI/ML, data, analytics, or platform-based products.
Delivery across the full lifecycle from discovery through launch and ongoing operations.
Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts including model lifecycle, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
Experience partnering with engineering and platform teams to deliver scalable, reliable solutions.
Experience in regulated/governance-driven environments with audit-ready documentation.
Strong Agile delivery experience including backlog management and Jira.
Strong collaboration and communication across business and technology teams.
Bachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative discipline, or related practical experience as a technical product manager in AI/ML.

Responsibilities

Translate business outcomes into AI/ML and generative AI problem statements, technical requirements, and KPIs.
Own and drive multi-quarter product roadmaps balancing business priorities and governance.
Lead end-to-end product execution from PoC through production with MLOps teams.
Drive agile delivery with backlog management and cross-team coordination.
Collaborate across stakeholders to deliver governed AI and data products that create value.
