Qualifications

• 10+ years designing robust, scalable applications.
• Experience with HTML/CSS/React, REST APIs, Java/J2EE backend.
• Deep Big Data and AI/ML platform experience.
• Cloud and container deployment with Docker/Kubernetes/OpenShift.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and oversight to engineers and analysts.
• Develop key software components and mentor the team in AI design.
• Lead design/code reviews and improve engineering standards with AI-assisted tooling.
• Collaborate with a global team to deliver software solutions.
• Drive adoption of new tech within architectural guidelines, focusing on AI/ML.
• Coach junior staff and ensure risk and compliance considerations are met.
