Job summary

CloudPSO is seeking a Senior AI/ML & Mobile Application Engineer (iOS/Android) for a remote role. You will design, train, deploy, and optimize AI/ML models powering our Voice Agent, while building and integrating Android and iOS apps.

The role spans research to production, requiring hands-on mobile development and strong NLP expertise. The ideal candidate will work across backend, frontend, and mobile teams, delivering prototypes, dashboards, and production-ready experiences while advancing

Qualifications

• 7–9 years of software/AI development experience.
• Expertise in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Hands-on experience with speech processing and NLP.
• iOS/Android mobile integration experience.
• Knowledge of MLOps toolchain and model deployment.

Responsibilities

• Design, train, and fine-tune STT, NLU, and TTS models.
• Build and maintain MLOps pipelines for deployment and monitoring.
• Develop APIs and services for mobile, frontend, and backend.
• Optimize inference latency with backend collaboration.
• Develop and integrate mobile apps (iOS/Android) with AI features.
• Create frontend prototypes and dashboards for demos.
• Conduct research to improve model accuracy and performance.
• Evaluate external models against requirements.
• Document architectures, experiments, and deployment steps.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain quality standards.
