CloudPSO is seeking a Senior AI/ML & Mobile Application Engineer (iOS/Android) for a remote role. You will design, train, and deploy AI/ML models powering a Voice Agent platform while building and integrating Android and iOS applications.

Collaboration across backend, frontend, mobile, and infra teams is essential, with emphasis on frontend prototypes and production-ready mobile experiences. The role spans the full AI lifecycle—from research to production—requiring hands-on mobile development,

Qualifications

• 7–9 years of relevant software engineering and AI/ML development experience.
• Strong Python expertise with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with speech/audio processing and natural language processing techniques.
• Deployment experience using ONNX, TensorRT, Triton, or equivalent tooling.
• iOS development with Swift and/or Objective-C.
• Experience integrating REST APIs, SDKs, authentication, real-time communication, and AI-powered services into mobile apps.
• Frontend experience with React, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Experience with AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI, Azure ML, or equivalent cloud AI platform.

Responsibilities

• Model Development: Design, train, and fine-tune models and pipelines for STT, NLU, and TTS use cases.
• MLOps: Build and maintain MLOps pipelines for model deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
• API Development: Develop APIs and services that expose AI capabilities to backend, frontend, and mobile applications.
• Performance Optimization: Collaborate with backend engineers to optimize inference performance and end-to-end latency.
• Mobile Application Development: Develop, enhance, and maintain applications for Android and iOS, including integration of AI/ML and Voice Agent capabilities.
• Mobile AI Integration: Integrate APIs, speech processing, real-time communication, and AI-powered functionality into mobile applications.
• Frontend Prototyping: Create frontend prototypes, dashboards, and demonstrations using a modern frontend framework.
• Research & Experimentation: Conduct research and controlled experiments to improve model accuracy, quality, and performance.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Senior AI/ML & Mobile Application Engineer (iOS/Android) responsible for designing, training, deploying, and optimizing AI/ML models that power our Voice Agent platform, while also contributing to the development and integration of Android and iOS applications.

This role spans the full AI lifecycle—from research and experimentation to production deployment and monitoring—and requires hands-on mobile application development experience. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in speech and NLP technologies, strong engineering practices, and experience integrating AI-powered capabilities into mobile applications.

The role requires collaboration across backend, frontend, mobile, and infrastructure teams. Frontend and mobile application development experience are mandatory, as the position includes building prototypes, dashboards, internal demos, and production-ready mobile experiences.
