Apple's Special Projects team in Cupertino seeks an Engineering Program Manager to drive data initiatives powering AI and ML experiences. You will manage data programs from ideation through execution, partnering with design, research, engineering, and operations to deliver datasets and infrastructure that meet Apple's quality standards.

You will build defensible plans, secure stakeholder buy-in, and independently drive clarity from complexity while maintaining momentum, translating requirements

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing complex cross-functional technical programs.
• Proven ability to identify and mitigate risks in ambiguous environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate technical requirements into actionable project plans and deliverables.
• Independently identify risks, proactively develop mitigation strategies, and drive conflict resolution.
• Distill and communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
