Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Senior Manager, AI/ML Engineering to lead a team of AI/ML engineers, directing training, fine-tuning, and deployment for scalable AI solutions across the enterprise.

You will work at the intersection of software engineering and AI/ML, driving best practices, governance, and responsible AI while partnering with data science, data engineering, product, and business teams to deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, ML, Mathematics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Architectural decisions for AI/ML systems spanning training, serving, and integration with downstream applications.
• Prioritize AI/ML investments considering platform, tooling, compute infrastructure, and model adoption against value."
• Build and maintain AI/ML delivery systems — CI/CD for ML, deployment patterns, monitoring, rollback, lifecycle management)

Responsibilities

• Own delivery from problem framing through production stability across AI/ML work.
• Set technical direction translating business and applied science requirements into engineering programs that apply existing AI models and algorithms.
• Contribute hands-on to AI solution design, model deployment, training infrastructure, model serving, and system design problems.
• Establish AI/ML engineering standards — training pipelines, data prep, model fine-tuning, and orchestration of algorithm steps.
• Build and maintain the production runtime for AI solutions — CI/CD for ML, drift alerts, rollback protocols, and serving reliability.
• Collaborate with applied science, data engineering, product, and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, or related technical field
