Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience delivering enterprise applications, including AI/ML or LLM-based solutions.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI/ML in production and leading engineering teams.
• Strong experience with distributed systems, APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, agentic AI, RAG, and tool-calling architectures; strong Python skills.
• Experience with LangGraph and/or equivalent agent orchestration frameworks.
• Experience with cloud-native AI solutions on GCP, including BigQuery and Databricks.
• Security patterns including IAM, authentication, and least privilege.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI/ML engineering across frontend, backend, and orchestration layers.
• Define architecture patterns supporting multiple business capabilities and workflows.
• Architect stateful, long-running workflows with context management and recovery patterns.
• Design agentic solutions using LangGraph, LangChain, RAG, and other orchestration patterns.
• Deliver domain AI agents for payroll, benefits, labor contracts, and financial planning.
• Define secure multi-persona architectures and data-access boundaries.
• Guide CI/CD, IaC, containerization, and DevSecOps for production deployments.
