Erias Ventures, LLC is seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer located in Annapolis Junction, MD to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions. The role requires strong proficiency with TensorFlow and PyTorch, leadership capabilities for diverse teams, and experience in model governance and data pipelines.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s/Ph.D. in a related field, with 5+ years of ML experience, and a TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.

Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in advanced math, AI, data science, CS or deep learning; five additional years of ML experience may substitute for a Master's.
• Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph clearance required; no sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Design, create, test, and productize AI/ML algorithms.
• Select appropriate data sets and perform statistical analysis.
• Run ML algorithms and improve models based on results.
• Lead geographically diverse teams when needed.
• Provide system integration oversight and verification/validation of AI/ML algorithms.
• Research and implement a broad range of AI/ML tools.
• Transform prototypes into scalable solutions.
• Verify data and model output quality.
