Erias Ventures, LLC seeks an AI/ML Engineer to design, test, and productize AI/ML algorithms addressing mission challenges. You will lead data selection, modeling, and scalable deployment while collaborating across disciplines.

Expect responsibilities across training, evaluation, and model improvement through iterative feedback. The role requires a Master’s/PhD in a related field and at least 5 years of ML experience, with proficiency in Python, Java, C, or R.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years experience in applied machine learning in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
• Experience with standard machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)

Responsibilities

• Select appropriate data sets
• Perform statistical analysis
• Run machine learning algorithms
• Use results to improve models
• Train and retrain systems when needed
• Experience with ML libraries and packages
• Run tests and evaluation protocols
• Provide system integration oversight
• Oversee testing/evaluation of AI/ML algorithms
