Job summary

Erias Ventures, LLC seeks an AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, test, and deploy AI/ML models addressing complex business challenges for customers. You will work across data engineering and software domains to deliver scalable ML-driven solutions.

The role requires a Master’s or PhD in a relevant field and at least five years of ML experience, plus proficiency with PyTorch or TensorFlow. Top-Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph is required and sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in advanced math, AI, data science, CS or deep learning.
• 5+ years of ML experience in similar scope and complexity.
• Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.

Responsibilities

• Select data sets and perform statistical analysis.
• Train, retrain, and deploy ML models.
• Evaluate AI/ML algorithms and improve performance.
• Lead AI-related initiatives and coordinate cross-team efforts.
• Ensure data governance, model quality, and system integration.
