Job summary

Erias Ventures, LLC is seeking an AI/ML Engineer to design, test, and productize AI/ML algorithms that solve business challenges. The role requires expertise in model architecture, data pipelines, and deployment, with leadership responsibilities for geographically diverse teams as needed. Applicants must hold a Master’s or Ph.D.

in relevant fields and have at least five years of ML experience. A Top-Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph is required, and sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in advanced math, artificial intelligence, data science, computer science or deep learning.
• Five (5) additional years of machine learning experience with a relevant Bachelor's degree may be substituted for a Master's degree.
• Five (5) years experience in applied machine learning in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
• Experience with standard machine language frameworks, e.g. PyTorch, TensorFlow

Responsibilities

• Select data sets and perform statistical analysis to inform modeling.
• Run ML algorithms and evaluate results to improve models.
• Lead AI/ML initiatives and coordinate with diverse teams to meet requirements.
