Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on ML development and deployment.
• Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).
• Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong software architecture, APIs, data pipelines, and production deployment knowledge.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI/ML models and GenAI features across cloud, edge, and on-prem environments.
• Develop LLM-powered capabilities like operator copilots and intelligent alarm analysis.
• Integrate AI into existing smart building products and platforms.
• Create scalable inference and deployment architectures for production AI workloads.
• Collaborate with software engineering and product teams to translate business needs into AI solutions.
• Monitor and improve model performance, reliability, and accuracy.
• Lead AI practices and tooling adoption across the organization.
