Job summary

CFD Research Corporation in Dayton, OH, seeks a Senior AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced AI/ML solutions supporting national security missions. You will lead data processing, model development, MLOps, and integration of scalable AI into operational environments on a 100% onsite team.

The role requires an ACTIVE TS/SCI clearance, 5+ years in ML/AI, strong experience with NLP/LLMs, computer vision, and cloud or edge deployments, and a proven ability to deliver production-grade

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• 5+ years in ML/AI development.
• Experience with NLP/LLM, CV, and generative AI.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models including NLP, LLM-based pipelines, deep learning architectures and CV models.
• Build scalable data pipelines for training, evaluation, and continuous improvement of models.
• Develop end-to-end production systems including microservices, APIs, automation frameworks, and cloud-native or edge-deployed AI services.
