Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience building and operating production data and ML systems.
• 3+ years of direct people-management experience leading data, ML, or platform engineers.
• Proven delivery ownership with roadmaps and capacity planning.
• Experience with model and prompt lifecycle end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Data and ML Engineers, hire and develop talent.
• Own team roadmap, commitments, and operational health.
• Set engineering standards for data, serving, and retrieval systems.
• Contribute to production code and supervise incident response.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Product, and Platform leadership.
