Job summary

New York Technology Partners is seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy production-ready machine learning and agentic AI solutions. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions, incl. LLMs or agentic AI.
• Strong proficiency in Python, ML/DL, NLP, and transformer architectures.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, RAG, vector databases, prompt engineering, and agent orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph.
• Experience with Azure AI/Azure OpenAI, AWS SageMaker, or Google Vertex AI; Azure preferred.
• Strong SQL and data pipeline experience, with exposure to Databricks, Snowflake, Spark, or Kafka.
• Experience with Docker, CI/CD, Git, and production ML/LLM evaluation and monitoring.
• Knowledge of AI security, Responsible AI, model governance, and validation practices.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/DS/ML or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy LLM-powered applications, AI agents, multi-agent workflows, and MCP-based integrations.
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines using embeddings, vector databases, retrieval, and reranking techniques.
• Develop document intelligence solutions for extraction, classification, OCR, and structured data processing.
• Implement model evaluation, monitoring, observability, and human-in-the-loop validation processes.
• Build production-grade Python services and manage deployment through containerization, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate complex requirements into reliable AI solutions.
