Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) seeks an AI Engineer to build the intelligence layer of our platform, enabling natural‑language data transformations, intelligent integration suggestions, and data quality checks. You’ll own LLM pipelines, RAG workflows, and agentic tasks in a production setting with strong collaboration with Backend Engineers.

We expect 5+ years in software engineering, 1+ year in GenAI/LLM production, and hands-on experience with LLM APIs (Anthropic/OpenAI) and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years software engineering with 1+ years GenAI/LLM in production.
• Has shipped AI features to real users, not just prototypes.

Responsabilités

• Build and iterate on AI-powered features: transformation generation, integration suggestions, data quality detection, validation.
• Implement robust LLM pipelines with prompt engineering and RAG systems.
• Collaborate with Backend Engineers to surface AI capabilities via API and workflow layers.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high code quality and testability.
