Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering with 5+ years in AI/ML.
• Hands-on experience delivering system design, development, testing, and operations.
• Strong Python programming with data structures, algorithms, statistics knowledge.
• Experience building production-grade LLM-powered/agentic apps with guardrails.
• Deep Kubernetes/Amazon EKS, micro-VM isolation, secure, scalable deployments.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance to business teams, contractors, and vendors.
• Design and ship production agents on NEO across federated portfolio.
• Build production-grade retrieval using Graph RAG with vector search.
• Design agent memory with episodic/semantic memory and decay policies.
• Assemble entitlements and context so agents see only allowed data.
• Create multi-agent workflows using A2A and MCP, integrating tools/data.
• Develop evals, SLAs, and quality gates before release.
• Deploy and operate on AWS and/or Azure with SDLC, security, resilience.
• Collaborate with product and business partners to ship supported agents.
• Serve as SME in one or more focus areas and promote SDLC practices.
