Job summary

Tech3pillars Technologies is seeking a Senior AI Engineer / AI & DevOps Engineer to design, deploy, and operationalize enterprise AI solutions, intelligent automation capabilities, and cloud-native applications. You will work with Generative AI, LLMs, Python development, AWS AI services, AI agents, MLOps, DevOps, and cloud engineering to build scalable, production-grade systems.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in AI/ML engineering or software development.
• Strong Python development experience with production systems.
• Hands-on with Generative AI and LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Bedrock, etc.).
• Experience in prompt engineering and LLM app development.
• Knowledge of AWS AI services and MLOps practices.
• CI/CD pipelines, GitLab, and Docker familiarity.
• Experience with data modeling, REST APIs, and scalable architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI/ML solutions.
• Build LLM-powered applications with prompt engineering and RAG.
• Develop Python-based apps and REST APIs using FastAPI or similar.
• Integrate AI with AWS services like Bedrock, Lambda, S3, EC2, SageMaker.
• Implement intelligent automation and AI-powered workflows.
• Apply MLOps for deployment, monitoring, and governance.
• Build CI/CD pipelines and containerize using Docker.
• Process structured and semi-structured data for AI apps.
• Establish model monitoring, observability, and production support.
• Collaborate across engineering, data science, DevOps, and business teams.
• Adhere to security, scalability, reliability, and responsible AI practices.
