Job summary

Global Payment Holding Company seeks an AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy ML/DL and Generative AI models in production across FinTech platforms. You will build scalable pipelines and agentic workflows, collaborating with data scientists, product managers, and engineers to deliver AI-powered solutions.

The role requires 4+ years of AI/ML experience, strong Python and ML library skills, NLP and vector search knowledge, and hands-on cloud deployment experience. Onsite in Alpharetta, GA.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of AI/ML engineering with strong ML/DL foundations.
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Transformers).
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI models and agentic AI systems.
• Experience with NLP, vector search, and LLM-based applications.
• Strong cloud experience with production-grade AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy ML, DL, and Generative AI models for business outcomes.
• Build scalable ML pipelines and agentic workflows using cloud-native tools.
• Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and engineers to align AI solutions with requirements.
• Implement and optimize AI using platforms including GCP Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock/SageMaker, Snowflake Cortex.
• Improve model performance with prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning, and RLHF.
• Develop autonomous AI agents using LangChain, LangGraph, and AgentSpace.
• Integrate vector databases and LLM orchestration for retrieval and memory.
• Apply MLOps practices: CI/CD, monitoring, versioning, lifecycle management.
