EY is seeking a Manager in Model Engineering to lead AI engineering initiatives on the Databricks platform, delivering scalable data pipelines and AI solutions. You will guide teams across data science, software engineering and client engagement to produce measurable business value.

You will work with diverse, hybrid teams, drive architecture decisions, and champion responsible deployment while continuously improving processes and outcomes for clients.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6–10 years of AI, Data Science and/or Machine Learning experience.
• 2–4 years of direct technical management experience.
• 3–4 years building production AI/ML on Databricks.
• Databricks Certification: at least 1 professional and 1 associate.
• Strong Python, PySpark and/or Scala skills.
• Experience with DevOps tools (Git, Azure DevOps) on Databricks.
• Experience with MLOps, LLMOps and AgentOps on Databricks.

Aufgaben

• Lead AI workstreams from design through production on the Databricks platform.
• Direct teams delivering data pipelines and AI solutions (ML, generative AI, agentic AI).
• Design, build, and govern ontologies and semantic models for AI solutions.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers and product stakeholders.
• Deliver production-grade data and AI pipelines and ensure quality and governance.
