Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (4-year degree).
• Master's degree preferred.
• Experience leading AI/ML projects in a consulting setting is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Leading AI workstreams from solution design through production deployment and ongoing optimization on the Databricks platform.
• Leading teams building data engineering pipelines, AI solutions (ML, gen AI, agentic AI), and supportive pipelines on Databricks.
• Continuously improving processes by identifying innovative solutions through research and analysis.
• Managing multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex AI engineering initiatives with accountability for quality and outcomes.
• Engaging with clients, participating in daily working sessions, and guiding workstreams from planning through execution to closure.
• Designing and governing ontologies and semantic models for AI solutions, knowledge graphs, and enterprise data products.
• Applying product-centric development by partnering with product, business, data science, and engineering stakeholders to define needs and deliver reusable capabilities.
• Identifying opportunities for additional services and managing engagement economics.
