Atlas Tech is seeking a Senior Applied AI/ML Engineer to design, build, and oper­ationalize advanced AI/ML solutions that solve mission, operational, and business problems. This role blends deep technical expertise with hands-on engineering, deploying AI-enabled applications into production systems.

You will lead solution architectures, select models and frameworks, develop experiments, and translate complex concepts into working capabilities end users can rely on.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, ML, DS, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in applied AI/ML engineering with production deployments.
• Experience with LLMs, fine-tuning, RAG, prompt engineering, or custom model training.
• Experience with vector databases and high-dimensional embeddings.
• Strong Python and ML library experience (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Hugging Face).

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and deploy scalable AI/ML tools for generative use cases.
• Develop end-to-end ML pipelines including data ingestion, training, and monitoring.
• Implement production-grade inference systems and API/microservice integration.
• Lead experiments, define hypotheses, evaluate models, and improve performance.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to internal standards and reusable components.
