Atlas Tech is seeking a Senior Applied AI/ML Engineer to design, build, and operationalize advanced AI/ML solutions that address high-impact mission, operational, and business problems. This role blends deep technical expertise with hands-on engineering, deploying AI-enabled applications in production systems.

You will lead solution architectures, select models and frameworks, run experiments, and translate complex concepts into working capabilities for end users.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, ML, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in applied AI/ML engineering with production deployments.
• Experience with LLMs, fine-tuning, RAG, prompt engineering, or custom model training.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and deploy scalable AI/ML tools for generative AI use cases.
• Develop end-to-end ML pipelines including data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and monitoring.
• Implement production-grade inference systems and integrate models into applications and APIs.
• Lead experimentation, define hypotheses, run evaluations, and identify improvement strategies.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to internal standards and reusable components.
