Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/DS/ML or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in AI/ML with production integration.
• 5+ years leading agentic AI systems lifecycle and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration of LLMs, VLMs, and mLLMs into existing software.
• Design fine-tuning strategies (LoRA, QLoRA, RLHF/DPO).
• Architect agentic AI solutions and multi-agent workflows.
• Set prompt engineering standards for agent reasoning.
• Develop test harnesses, evaluation suites, red-teaming for agents.
• Own end-to-end deployment and lifecycle management (CI/CD).
• Collaborate with engineers, security, and data teams for compliance.
