Qualifications

• 7+ years of data science experience in corporate settings
• 2+ years building and deploying AI/ML solutions
• Active Secret Clearance
• Production-level agentic workflows experience
• Strong Python and AI framework experience
• Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks
• Experience with vector databases and retrieval tech
• API, microservice, and cloud-native AI deployment experience
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Analytics/Engineering or related field

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG, and agentic AI architectures
• Design and maintain a generative pipeline that handles real-time prompts to generate safe SQL and insights
• Evaluate business processes and identify opportunities where generative AI and autonomous agents can improve efficiency
• Architect multi-agent and agentic workflows using modern frameworks
• Develop AI systems that utilize tools, APIs, and enterprise data sources
• Implement prompt engineering, guardrails, observability, and governance for production AI
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines, vector databases, and semantic search capabilities
• Assess emerging AI models for cost-efficient client solutions
• Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise software, cloud platforms, and workflows
• Design and implement AI monitoring, testing, and continuous improvement processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver AI-driven solutions
• Present AI concepts and strategies to technical and executive audiences
