Job summary

People Consultancy Services (PCS) is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Generative AI to design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions powering intelligent customer and employee experiences. You will work with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to develop applications leveraging LLMs, RAG, MCP, vector search, and modern orchestration frameworks.

The role emphasizes hands-on development, evaluating models, building APIs and distributed systems, and staying current on GenAI technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience with LLMs or agentic AI systems.
• Strong Python development and fundamentals.
• Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks, RAG, prompts, and AI workflows.
• Experience building APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop agentic AI applications using LLMs, RAG, MCP, and tool integrations.
• Build and optimize AI workflows with LangChain, LangGraph, and LlamaIndex.
• Evaluate AI models, frameworks, and architectures for scalable solutions.
• Develop conversational AI, intelligent assistants, and workflow automation capabilities.
• Implement retrieval systems using embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready AI solutions.
• Contribute to AI platform observability, testing, deployment, and operational excellence.
• Stay current on emerging GenAI technologies and best practices.
