Persistent in New Jersey seeks an experienced AI/ML Developer to join the UHC initiative on the Surest ASO New Business Project. This role is critical to delivering a high-priority initiative on a 24-week timeline.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in AI and programming, with collaboration across stakeholders. You will work with UHC, Optum, Palantir, and offshore teams to ensure timely delivery using cutting-edge AI tools.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of AI technology and programming experience.
• Healthcare AI/ML development experience is preferred.
• Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with UHC, Optum, and Palantir stakeholders to clarify requirements, validate data, and perform testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Ensure data quality and regulatory alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Serve as the liaison between U.S.-based stakeholders, Palantir teams, and offshore development resources.
• Drive critical decisions, remove delivery roadblocks, and maintain execution momentum.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance coding, documentation, data analysis, and decision-making workflows.
• Stay current with evolving AI capabilities to improve delivery quality and velocity.
