Job summary

Raas Infotek LTD in Dallas seeks a Senior AI/ML Developer with 12+ years of IT experience to design, deploy, and optimize scalable AI solutions addressing complex business challenges in a hybrid work environment.

You will lead model development with Python, ML frameworks, and MLOps practices, collaborate with data engineers and stakeholders, and mentor other developers to advance AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT experience with hands-on AI/ML.
• Proficient in Python, SQL and data processing.
• Experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch).
• Strong ML/DL, NLP, modeling and evaluation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI/ML models using Python and ML frameworks.
• Build ML/DL solutions for classification, prediction, NLP tasks.
• Develop Generative AI apps using LLMs, RAG, vector stores.
• Implement prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and AI app integration.
• Build/deploy scalable AI services via REST APIs and cloud.
• Develop data pipelines, feature engineering, and eval. of models.
• Apply MLOps for deployment, monitoring, versioning, retraining.
• Collaborate with data engineers, architects, and stakeholders.
• Mentor developers and provide technical AI leadership.
