Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior AI/ML Developer with 12+ years of overall IT experience and strong expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, deep learning, and Generative AI. The ideal candidate will design, develop, deploy, and optimize scalable AI solutions to address complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI/ML models using Python and relevant ML frameworks.
• Build machine learning and deep learning solutions for classification, prediction, recommendation, and NLP.
• Develop Generative AI applications using LLMs, RAG architectures, and vector databases.
• Implement prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and AI application integration.
• Build and deploy scalable AI services using REST APIs and cloud platforms.
• Develop data pipelines, perform feature engineering, and evaluate model performance.
• Implement MLOps practices for model deployment, monitoring, versioning, and retraining.
• Collaborate with data engineers, architects, and business stakeholders.
• Mentor developers and provide technical leadership on AI initiatives.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of overall IT/software development experience, including substantial hands‑on AI/ML experience.
• Strong Python programming, SQL, and data processing skills.
• Machine Learning: Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Deep Learning, NLP, statistical modeling, and model evaluation.
• Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
• API development using FastAPI or Flask.
• MLOps tools such as MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
• Cloud AI services on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with fine-tuning LLMs and deploying production‑grade AI applications.
• Knowledge of responsible AI, model governance, security, and monitoring.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
