Job summary

Snowflake is seeking an AI Specialist in the Solution Engineering organization to provide hands-on expertise and design AI solutions atop the Snowflake AI Data Cloud. You will work with technical decision makers and data scientists to architect scalable AI deployments and drive customer adoption.

In this strategic role, you will collaborate with product, engineering, and field teams to shape roadmaps, publish technical collateral, and lead technical demonstrations that show clear business value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building and deploying ML and generative AI in the cloud.
• Knowledge of RAG, few-shot learning, prompt engineering or fine-tuning for enterprise AI.
• Strong Python and ML package skills; familiarity with data engineering tools.
• Strong presentation skills for technical and executive audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Masters preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the technical expert guiding AI/ML features to technical stakeholders across the Americas.
• Scope and drive POCs and technical wins with account teams and customers.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to influence AI/ML roadmaps.
• Publish technical collateral, blog posts, notebooks and demos to scale impact.
• Maintain selling assets like presentations and customer stories.
