EY is seeking an experienced AI Software Architect to design memory architectures and data fabrics for multi-agent enterprise systems. You will lead context design with RAG, implement scalable architectures, and mentor the Knowledge/Data team while collaborating across AI, Security, and Infrastructure groups.

The role emphasizes hands-on coding and strategic technical exploration. The successful candidate has 5+ years in software engineering and AI, advanced degrees, and fluency with AI-native

Competenze

• Advanced degree required in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 5+ years of software engineering and AI experience.
• Experience with AI frontier models and memory/context architectures.
• Familiar with AI native development tools and code assist.
• Scripting languages (Python, Bash) and languages (Go, Rust, Java).
• Understanding of AI native design processes and principles.
• Model fine-tuning and customization through context management (RAG, SFT, LoRA/PEFT).
• Experience with IDEs, CI/CD, and modern code hosting (GitHub/GitLab/Azure DevOps).
• Experience with Nvidia NVAIE and MSFT Azure AI stacks.

• Design memory architectures for multi-agent systems to be replicated across AI-native designs.
