Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group, a leading US insurer, seeks a Sr. Manager, AI Lead - Semantic Layer, remote anywhere in the United States (exceptions: Hawaii and Alaska).

You will own the semantic data product, define vision and roadmap, and lead a team to connect business concepts with scalable data architectures. You will collaborate with IT, business, and data leaders to drive adoption, ensure data governance, and enable AI/analytics use cases across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product management, including delivering data or data platform products.
• 3+ years of leading teams, enterprise-wide programs, or large multi-functional programs.
• Strong track record owning products end-to-end: strategy, roadmap, delivery, and performance measurement.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business concepts into structured data models and data-driven products in partnership with technical teams.
• Experience with ontologies, semantic data models, or knowledge graphs is preferred.
• Experience enabling AI/ML or analytics use cases through well-structured data.

Responsibilities

• Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise semantic data and data connectivity.
• Partner with business and IT leaders to connect and standardize data across systems.
• Position the semantic data product as a product with customers, outcomes, and adoption goals.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to delivery and iteration.
• Lead data governance and standards, ensuring data quality and consistency.
