Qualifications

• Clearance required: U.S. Government Security Clearance (must obtain) and U.S. Citizenship.
• 9+ years Software Engineering with emphasis on Python backend development;Bachelor's in related field;7 years with Master’s; or 13 years with HS diploma.
• Kubernetes deployment and management experience in production environments.
• Experience integrating commercial LLM APIs or open-source models into production backends.
• Experience designing enterprise APIs, RESTful services, and microservices.
• Experience with configuration management tools (Git, CI/CD, Docker).
• Comfortable on Linux command line and leading engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Python-based components for core agentic platform.
• Deploy, manage, and scale applications in Kubernetes environments.
• Build MCP servers and libraries of reusable AI skills and tools.
• Collaborate to expose Java-based APIs to AI agents.
• Implement enterprise AI guardrails for data privacy and security.
• Maintain testing pipelines for non-deterministic AI outputs.
• Mentor and guide engineering teams; lead initiatives.
