Job summary

Insight is seeking a Sr. Solution Principal – Microsoft AI & Innovation. You will lead presales, shape AI adoption roadmaps, and craft SOWs across the Microsoft surface area, including Modern Work, Azure, and Data & AI. You will align with account teams, governance practices, and enterprise AI strategy to deliver measurable outcomes.

You will partner with clients to deploy responsible AI, governance, and security patterns while scaling AI agents and solutions across complex environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in technology roles with client-facing responsibilities.
• Presales or sales engineering experience for professional services.
• Experience designing and delivering solutions on the Microsoft Cloud.
• Hands-on familiarity with agentic AI and Microsoft Agent 365.
• Ability to present complex AI concepts to executives.

Responsibilities

• Client consulting & discovery to understand AI readiness and MS estate.
• AI strategy & solution architecture spanning Modern Work, Cloud, Data & AI.
• SOW creation & deal structuring with clear scope and milestones.
• Sales collaboration to shape opportunities and pipeline.
• Governance, quality, and reporting of AI initiatives.
