Job summary

Insight is seeking a Sr. Solution Principal - Microsoft AI & Innovation to lead presales for AI-enabled professional services. You will consult with clients, assess AI readiness, and translate roadmaps into clearly scoped SOWs across Modern Work, Azure, and Data & AI.

You will partner with account teams and delivery leaders to design governance,Secure adoption paths, and measurable business outcomes while driving AI strategy and responsible deployment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in presales or sales engineering for professional services.
• Experience designing AI-enabled solutions on Microsoft stack.
• Strong ability to translate business goals into measurable AI outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead presales to shape AI-driven engagements across Modern Work, Cloud, Data & AI.
