IBM Consulting seeks a Complex Program Manager for Hybrid Cloud, Data & AI to lead large-scale technology and business transformation programs that modernize data platforms and bring AI solutions into production. You’ll connect business strategy with technical delivery, ensuring secure, scalable, and cost-effective outcomes with measurable value.

You will manage multi-workstream initiatives, drive AI adoption, coordinate across cloud, data, AI/ML, MLOps/LLMOps, security and governance, and

Competenze

12+ years of program/project management experience in enterprise settings.
5+ years leading complex, multi-workstream technology transformations.
Experience leading AI/ML and GenAI from pilot to production with MLOps/LLMOps, RAG, and agents.
Strong governance, financial management, and risk management skills.
Knowledge of responsible AI, data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance.
