Job summary

VideoAmp is hiring a Senior AI Engineer to drive the design and delivery of agentic workflows at scale. This remote role focuses on building production-grade AI infrastructure, multi-tenant runtimes, and API-first experiences that power enterprise AI experiences across VideoAmp platforms.

You will own core components, collaborate with engineering and product teams, and help scale the agentic platform while improving reliability and performance for live customer workloads.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with 1+ years in AI/ML infrastructure or agentic systems.
• Strong Go backend skills; Python and SQL proficiency expected.
• Experience with production API design and on-call incident response.
• Experience building multi-tenant, scalable platform APIs.
• Familiarity with LLM APIs (OpenAI/Anthropic) and tool usage.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-tenant tool layers including isolation and rate limiting.
• Extend A2A interfaces and enable agents to invoke other agents.
• Build durable agent runtimes and lifecycle management.
• Lead evaluation-driven development with CI/CD pipelines and quality gates.
• Design progressive discovery for context, tools, and skills.
• Architect agent harness and orchestration loops for multi-agent systems.
• Drive production rollouts and on-call incident participation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to promote API-first designs.
• Contribute to LLM abstraction layers for multiple providers.
• Lead AI office hours and internal enablement on tooling.
