Job summary

Unboxed Technology is seeking a Senior Implementation Specialist to serve as a trusted advisor for its most complex, high-value clients. You will guide onboarding, adoption, and successful deployment of Spoke, Coach, and Mentor, working across teams to tailor solutions to client needs.

You will configure the SaaS platform, support UAT and go-lives, and provide training and ongoing support. A proactive, collaborative approach and strong communication skills are essential in delivering value to

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with enterprise-level clients and stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Deep understanding of software configuration and system integrations.
• Proven ability to drive implementations and optimize processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple implementation projects concurrently and deliver within scope.
• Configure and customize the SaaS platform for client requirements.
• Support UAT and go-lives with technical expertise.
• Provide training and post-implementation support.
• Document best practices and improve implementation methodologies.
• Act as SME for Unboxed products and generate client-facing reports.
• Gather client feedback for product development and QA coordination.
