Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking an HPC Deployment Manager to lead the NVIDIA Infrastructure Specialists division. This Senior Manager will supervise deployment of InfiniBand and Ethernet technologies across AI and HPC projects for academia and industry, engaging clients and internal teams to plan and deliver large-scale data center initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT, HPC, or related field.
• 3+ years in a management or leadership role.
• Expertise in HPC system design, configuration, and storage.
• Proficiency with low latency/high-bandwidth interconnects (Infiniband, Ethernet).
• Experience with HPC system software cluster management tools and schedulers (Slurm, Salt, xCAT).
• Proficiency with OpenMP, MPI, NCCL, GPUs.
• Strong scripting (Bash, Perl, Python).
• Experience administering Linux/Unix (CentOS, Solaris).
• Ability to work with large, complex systems; troubleshoot network issues.
• Experience with multi-vendor hardware/software management, security, and networking.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS or related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises HPC engineering to design, install, and validate AI HPC systems.
• Lead planning, implementation, and performance of HPC projects.
• Configure and maintain HPC AI network and server platforms.
• Drive tests and plans for AI HPC implementations, scripts, and testing procedures.
• Mentor team members and build relationships with stakeholders.
