Job summary

Alldus is seeking a Senior/Staff Product Manager in San Francisco to define the next generation of an AI developer platform. The role focuses on integrating leading AI services with health records to empower developers and healthcare providers.

You will own the MCP Server evolution into an SDK, shape the clinical data knowledge graph, and design tools, prompts and integrations for a robust developer experience. Collaboration with engineering and clinical teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical product management, incl. 3+ years in healthcare data, AI/ML platforms or related tech.
• Deep expertise in the FHIR data model and clinician resource relationships.
• Experience building developer-facing products, SDKs, APIs, or developer infrastructure.
• Strong ability to operate at Staff or Principal level, owning strategy end-to-end.
• Proven track record translating complex clinical data into actionable insights and actions.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for evolving MCP Server into a comprehensive AI SDK.
• Own the product strategy for the clinical data knowledge graph and relationships across FHIR resources.
• Shape an exceptional AI developer experience with SDKs, tools, prompts and registries.
• Define the insight-to-action journey for AI agents to identify care gaps and next steps.
• Develop strategy for connecting AI-generated insights to real-world care delivery across providers and platforms.
• Ensure SDK features align with identity, consent, authorization and data provenance infrastructure.
• Identify and pursue strategic ecosystem partnerships to extend SDK capabilities.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design and Clinical teams to translate strategy into requirements and production-ready capabilities.
• Own launch readiness, adoption and product success metrics.
