Job summary

Hyve Solutions in Fremont, CA, seeks a Senior Hardware Engineering Manager – AI Systems to lead a multidisciplinary hardware team responsible for GPU and compute server platforms from architecture through mass production.

You will own delivery programs, review designs, drive quality gates, and collaborate with Taiwan teams and Hyperscalers, ensuring on-time EVT/DVT/PVT milestones and scalable manufacturing.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of hardware engineering experience.
• 3+ years directly managing hardware engineers with hiring and performance responsibility.
• Delivery of server, GPU, or accelerator platforms into high-volume production.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of board design, SI/PI, thermal, power delivery, and firmware engineers.
• Drive GPU and compute server programs from architecture through EVT, DVT, PVT, to mass production.
• Provide hands-on technical direction and govern design reviews and gates.
