Job summary

Acceler8 Talent is seeking an Engineering Manager in Fremont, CA to lead a growing HPC & AI infrastructure team. This hands-on leadership role will guide around 5 engineers while staying close to architecture, deployment, benchmarking and performance tuning.

You will drive GPU deployment, validation, and cluster software efforts across the stack. The ideal candidate has strong HPC/GPU infrastructure experience and engineering leadership skills, with familiarity with NVIDIA or AMD systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HPC infrastructure or engineering leadership.
• Hands-on leadership role with involvement in architecture, deployment, benchmarking, and performance tuning.

Responsibilities

• Lead an HPC & AI infrastructure team (initially ~5 engineers).
• Stay close to architecture, deployment, benchmarking, performance tuning, and customer escalations.
• Collaborate across GPU deployment, validation, and cluster software activities.
