Job summary

Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) seeks a senior systems architect to lead AI GPU cluster architectures for data center solutions. You will translate customer requirements into complete BoD documents and end-to-end designs spanning compute, networking, storage, and cooling.

You will partner with customers, OEMs/ODMs, and internal teams, conducting architecture reviews and risk assessments while guiding tradeoffs and best practices for reliability and scalability in hybrid, customer-facing engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or CS field required.
• Experience in designing AI GPU clusters or HPC data centers.
• Strong communication to translate technical tradeoffs.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements to define AI GPU cluster architecture and BoD documents.
• Architect end-to-end data center solutions including compute, networking, storage, and cooling.
• Translate workload requirements into scalable, reliable infra designs.
• Partner with customers, OEMs/ODMs, and internal teams to align decisions.
• Perform architecture reviews, gap analyses, and risk assessments.
• Provide guidance on power, cooling, topology, and scalability.
