Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Sr. AI Growth Engineer to architect and build the infrastructure behind a cutting-edge AI-driven marketing platform. You’ll implement integrations, orchestration, UIs, and tooling used by marketing teams across the company.

You will own the technical foundation of scalable marketing AI systems, shipping production capabilities quickly while partnering with marketing leadership to ensure measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-stack engineering experience with Python and modern JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field — or equivalent practical experience.
• Frontend engineering experience: production web apps with React and user adoption focus.
• Production experience with AI/LLM APIs: experience with Claude, GPT or similar models at scale.
• Demonstrated experience with AI agents and agentic workflows.
• Experience building evaluation frameworks for AI systems and benchmarks.
• Strong systems design skills for multi-service platforms and APIs.
• Experience integrating systems via REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth with enterprise tools.
• Builder mindset; able to ship quickly and iterate; strong communication.
• CI/CD, containerization, cloud infrastructure, observability (AWS preferred).
• Proven use of AI to improve workflows and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Build integrations: connect AI campaign engine to marketing stack (Workfront, Marketo, CMS, DAM).
• Develop orchestration layer for multi-agent pipelines, state persistence, and error recovery.
• Design and build intuitive web UIs for non-technical marketing users.
• Create production tooling for HTML/email templates and content publishing workflows.
• Build analytics infrastructure: dashboards, agent scoring, A/B tracking.
• Design and deploy AI agents and agentic workflows integrating AI APIs and enterprise systems.
• Implement auth, permissions, multi-tenancy for concurrent pipelines.
• Own CI/CD and reliability: testing, deployments, monitoring, alerts.
• Optimize performance: caching, parallelization, cost management for LLM calls.
• Collaborate with marketing leadership to align roadmap with business outcomes.
