Job summary
CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking a Sr. Software Engineer - MarTech to join the Marketing IT team.
You will apply AI to transform Marketing and Sales workflows, building LLM-based agents and ML solutions across Digital, Revenue, Partner, and Event Marketing. You will train teams to adopt AI responsibly and enable scalable AI platform engineering. Responsibilities include building agents, enhancing lead quality, refining site search, and driving analytics and governance with security and privacy in
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years software or data engineering experience, including 2+ years taking LLM or ML to production.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Marketing teams to identify AI opportunities and define success metrics.
- Build and deploy LLM-based agents for event invitations, account/prospecting, and partner workflows.
- Create ML/LLM pipelines to clean, deduplicate, enrich, validate, and score leads and contacts.
- Modernize site search and partner locator using semantic retrieval and RAG methods.
- Define evaluation metrics, monitor latency and cost, and enforce privacy/audit logging.
